Tour Overview Tab



Tabs on the Tour Form:
Overview: displays summary data "pulled" from other tabs
Tour Info: general information about the tour
Vendors: business partners on this tour
Services: events and their detail for tour operations
Components: options on the tour, such as "single supplement" 
Payment Schedule: details for payments due from travelers
Vendor Transactions: displays money paid or received from vendors
Passenger Transaction: money paid or received from travelers
Documents: mailings and forms for travelers
Reminders: ticklers to track important tasks
Reservations: overview of reservations and payments due for travelers
Files: links to Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDF's and other electronic files that have been associated with a Tour on the Add/Edit Files form.
Commissions: allows users to track commissions earned as reservations are generated.
Tour Custom Fields: allows users to track additional data that isn't included in ViaTour tables. See adding codes to the Lookup Code Table in System Maintenance.  
Reports: ability to run some tour reports straight from the Tour Form.  Additional reporting criteria may be set using the Reports Form.
