Quick Access Main Menu
The Quick Access Menu has drop down lists and buttons. The Switchboard Menu gives an immediate view of data.
Access your list of Tour names in the orange box, Travelers in the yellow and Vendors in purple. (These colors are used consistently throughout the application.)
To select a record from the list of Tours, Travelers or Vendors, either
mouse and click once on the down arrow, then mouse click on the appropriate name.
on your keyboard type: F4 key at the top of your keyboard to open list, use the key arrows to move down and the enter key to select.
