Tour Name, How Sorted in UI

By default, tours are displayed in a list grouped first by calendar year by start date with most future descending to most past, then alphabetically by tour name within each calendar year.

Tour names should be fewer than 20 characters for optimal display on forms and reports.

Note: if you are using numbers or dashes (-) or underscores (_) in your tour names, ViaTour will sorts in this order:
_ underscore
1 numbers
- dash
a letters

If you cannot find a tour you have added:

1. Click F9 so form "refreshes" the data in list box.
2. Check the end of the list (you may have forgotten to add a start date) or check other years (you may have added an incorrect start date) so tour is displaying in a different year.
