Copying Tour Documents
When ViaTour copies Tour Documents, it adjusts the document "send out by" and "due back by" dates based on the tour's start dates.
Most tour documents are sent a certain number of days prior to departure. An Evaluation Form, however, is sent a certain number of days from the return date. This is the only document you will likely have to manually reset the dates for.
