Vendor Contacts
Vendor Contacts are employees of a vendor. They are the people you work with on a tour.
Like the general info form for Vendors, the fields on this form are straightforward.
Contact Title: this is the employee's job title. Users can add new titles "on the fly." There is no need to worry about consistency for titles, as they are not used in display or reporting.
ViaTour stores addresses and phone numbers on the contact record. If it is the same as the vendor's, simply use the Copy Address and Copy Phone buttons.
Why would you copy numbers and addresses, if they were already on the Vendor Form? If you leave these fields blank, reports that "pull" from a contact record will also be blank.
