Email Default Setting for New Travelers

The email added on the Add a Traveler Form will default to your company preferences "OK to share?" true/false and "OK to Promote" true/false.

Set your preference on the System Maintenance Form - Company Set Up button - Company Preferences Tab.

Note: Users should be made aware of the default setting so in cases of exceptions they will know to "undo" default.
