Primary Phone and Fax Numbers

Travelers:
A primary phone number is displayed on the Traveler and Reservation forms. The ViaTour Participant List report displays a "home phone" that is marked primary.

Vendors and Vendor Contacts:
ViaTour forms display one telephone number you indicate as Primary.

ViaTour forms only display one fax number, and it must be assigned the phone type "Office fax."
