Report Types

ViaTour allows you to view all reports or filter the list by type. You can view report samples, by clicking on the link:

All: all database reports appear in the white box.

Audit: reports on changes of field that you have specified to audit in System Maintenance.

Component: reports that have to do with tour components and travelers.

Financial: reports that deal with income or expenses or tour net profit.

Labels: reports for creating address labels, letters and name badges for either specific tour reservations or travelers.

Reservation: reports specific to reservations, such as rooming list, tour rosters, etcetera.

Rooming List: reports for rooming that are either inventory or non-inventory.

System: Security information, Look up codes and other information from System Maintenance.

Tour Operations: reports that summarize operations including reservation activity, services, documents, etcetera.

Traveler: reports traveler's information that is independent of relationship to a tour.

Vendor: report about vendors independent of relationship to a tour.
